Heather Dawson

Heather Dawson is a graduate of the Honours Bachelor of Arts in History program at University of Ottawa and has gained extensive experience in heritage and museum spaces throughout and beyond her studies. Prior to joining the Great Lakes Museum, Heather worked as Museum Operations Staff at the Toronto Railway Museum and served as a Legal Archives Assistant for the Girl Guides of Canada. Most recently, she completed an internship as Museum Assistant at the Tofino Clayoquot Heritage Museum. Delighted to be back in her home province of Ontario, Heather is excited to connect with visitors through engaging educational programming and public outreach initiatives.
