
Executive Director
Bep is an accomplished innovator with leadership, business operations, and management experience in the museum, and arts and culture sectors. She brings over 20 years of administrative experience with expertise in data gathering, systems analysis, and operational planning for organizational change.
Bep is a Queen’s University graduate with a graduate diploma in Arts Management and also holds a bachelor’s degree in education as well as a bachelor of science in anthropology. Before joining the Great Lakes Museum, Bep was Executive Director of Clayworx: Ceramic Arts Learning Centre in London, Ontario, and has previously worked for the Ontario Museum Association, the Beaty Biodiversity Museum at UBC, and the Royal Ontario Museum.
